Lions look to pull down NY Red Bulls today in New Jersey

For the second straight Saturday, Orlando City SC travels to play a New York City — or NYC adjacent — MLS Eastern Conference rival. Today, the Men in Purple kick off against the New York Red Bulls at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey.

The Lions played New York City FC last week at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx where, outplaying their hosts for long stretches, they lost 2-1 to the Pigeons.
Orlando (1-2-0) is 12th in the Eastern Conference with a single win in three matches for three points.
The Red Bulls (1-1-1) is seventh with four points.

Lions’ coach Oscar Pareja has two changes to his starting lineup. Rookie Jordan Gerbet gets his first MLS start, filing in for defensive midfielder César Araújo, who will miss today’s match as a precaution after feeling muscle tightness earlier in the week.
Kyle Smith will start at right back, replacing Rafael Santos.
Attacker Duncan McGuire and center back David Brekalo will be available if needed after returning from injury.
