Huntsville City FC is on a bit of a hot streak at the moment, winning each of their last three games by a combined score of 10-1. Sunday, they welcome Carolina Core FC to Joe Davis Stadium, as the Rocket Men look to continue their climb up the Eastern Conference table, where they currently sit fourth.
The last meeting of these clubs ended in a 0-0 draw in High Point, with Huntsville grabbing the extra point for the shootout victory.

Huntsville Lineup Prediction
For this one, I’ve got a largely similar lineup to the one that beat Crown Legacy 4-0 last time out, with a couple changes.
Erik Lauta starts in goal behind a back four of Tyshawn Rose, Kevin Carmichael, Zach Barrett and Blake Bowen. Gabi Alonso could start ahead of Rose, but I think it’s incredibly close between the two, and essentially a coin flip.
In midfield I have a pairing of Ethan O’Brien and Pep Casas solely to allow room for Damien Barker John in the front four. He joins a front line also including Christian Koffi, Alan Carleton and Alioune Ka.
Analysis & Prediction
Huntsville enters this one red-hot, but Carolina Core enters this one on a good run as well, having won each of their last two. However, Carolina has only won once on the road this year, a 1-0 win at Inter Miami on June 1st.
With the way Huntsville has been playing lately, I have a hard time seeing Carolina Core getting a result here. Give me Huntsville 3-1, with goals from Carleton, Ka, and O’Brien.
