Nashville Knights FC remains undefeated securing their fifth win after a 2-1 win over FK Han last Saturday. Meanwhile, in Nashville, Dream FC posted a club statement on social media stating that their match against Music City SC was rescheduled due to an emergency with the medical staff, and since they weren't present, the referees had to call off the game. Later in the week, NISA Nation changed the result to a forfeit by Dream FC, and Music City SC was awarded a 3-0 win and three points. FK Han 1 Nashville Knights FC 2 (Saturday June 7)
Nashville Knights FC edged past FK Han 2-1 last Saturday at the Lovers Lane Soccer Complex to stay undefeated and win their fifth straight match. Francys Sosa scored the opener for the Knights in the first half. However, Fahrudin Dervisevic scored the equalizer to tie the match at one just before halftime. In the second half, Luis Castaneda's goal pulled the Knights back in front, and they would hang on for the 2-1 win on the road. The Knights will be off this weekend, while FK Han will face Dream FC tonight at Franklin Christian Academy Stadium.
